How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Able Carry products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Are the backpacks waterproof?

While our bags are highly water-resistant due to DWR coatings and weather-resistant zippers, they are not fully submersible and should not be used underwater.

Can I change or cancel my order?
